International Women's Day for the year 2023 celebrated with wide range of events lined up till March 8^th at INCOIS. On this occasion the following programmes were organized:

• Day 1: Competitions to INCOIS Staff: "INCOIS got talent"
• Day 2: Women College students visit – Interactive Session with scientists.
• Day 3: Self-defense training by Ms. Laxmi Swarajayam, She teams.
• Day 4: Scientific lecture by Dr. Radhadevi (Director, ADRIN).
• Day 5: Digital Financial literacy programme -(under women empowerment - to house keeping women staff) & Rangoli Competition.
• Day 6: Women’s day address by Ms. K. Shilpavalli, Depty. Commissioner of Police & Cultural Activities.

International Women's Day for the year 2021 is celebrated on virtual mode on March 08, 2021 at INCOIS and on this occasion the following programmes were organized:

• 1. An interactive session with Dr. Usha Varanasi, Former Science & Research Director, NWFSC, NOAA, Department of Chemistry and School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences,University of Washington.
• 2. A video presentation by Research Fellows of INCOIS with a theme of "Inspire, empower, connect".
• 3. E-Poster competition with a theme of "Women contribution to the society".

International Women's Day-2020:

• 1. The International Women's Day was celebrated on March 06, 2020 at INCOIS. Smt. Swati Lakra, I.P.S. (Law & Order) and Women Safety, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad was the Chief Guest. She delivered a motivational talk on this occasion.
• 2. An interactive session among the Women Employees, Research Fellows and Project students was also conducted in the afternoon session as part of the International Women's Day Celebrations.

A lecture by Dr. Sunita H. Khurana, Director, ISTM, DoPT, Govt. of India, New Delhi on "Redressal of complaints from women under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act - 2013.

"General Awareness / Sensitization Program on redressal of complaints from women at work place" by Prof. N. Vasanthi, Professor, NALSAR University of Law.
